Adrian grew up obsessively watching films, which in true follow-your dreams-fashion led him to complete a commerce degree. Little did he know, however, that this degree would merge with his passion to become Engine Room. Adrian is a big advocate of the production agency model, offering high quality work that cuts through in a messy digital age. He’s always ready to meet a client brief, encouraging Engine Room’s family of talented people to work together to produce outstanding results that make audiences feel something. And Adrian is always feeling something, whether it’s welling up at commercials or showing clients photos of his kids or playing “Sweet Child O Mine” on his guitar with his eyes closed. You can’t go wrong with that passion.

Tristan was once kissed by a giraffe, which says just about everything really. When he’s not winning the affection of animals, he’s winning the affection of clients as Engine Room’s Production Director. For fifteen years Tristan has been producing and creative video content for a multitude of platforms and audiences, working with clients such as Skoda, Optus, Jim Beam, NRMA and Airtasker. Tristan enjoys the unique production challenges that new projects bring, delivering the optimum solution - to budget of course. He has moonlighted as sound recordist, editor, animator, storyboard artist, interviewer, producer and poker player. Tristan once had a life of adventure until a baby arrived. Now he’s waiting until she’s old enough to swing a machete in the jungle so he can kiss another giraffe.
